Valley Special Hockey

The following video clip is  from the Valley Special Hockey program at the Valley Ice Center in  Panorama City, CA The program which skates every Sunday afternoon during the school year. This is the first  Special Hockey program in California as others are planned for the near future.

The program is doing very well, with quite a few new skaters. Anyone who might be interested in participating, should contact Ethan Rill (ethan at westlahockey.com) or Rita Eagle (ritaeagle at yahoo.com) for more information.

From a parent's perspective, I can't tell you how incredible it is for my two youngest guys to be able to participate in ice hockey just like their big brother, after 8 years of being dragged around to ice rinks and being limited to going to the snack bar and playing video games. Special thanks to the WVW Bantam A players who have been coming out to help every week - you guys really make our guys feel like they're just another kid in a hockey program. It's awesome.
